Marc was fantastic! He helped us find our perfect home, in the perfect area. As a young family raising kids it was so important to find the perfect house that could check off all the boxes He helped move my family and I from Ontario to New Brunswick. We did showings both virtual and in person, but Marc was always good to point out negatives about the area for raising young kids (which is hard to know when you are unfamiliar with the area and/or doing virtual showings). 10/10, definitely recommend!

Marc was absolutely amazing to deal with. We we moving to NB from our of province, so we were scheduling all our appointments in one day (two weekends in a row). He never complained with the amount we sent to see and was honest about the pros and cons of each property we were at. I recently purchased a triplex in Moncton with Marc's help as my realtor. He helped me find the property I purchased and run the numbers, and put together the deal. Where Marc really stood out as a realtor who genuinely wants to help his clients is first I had to travel due to an emergency and he helped take care of everything while I was away, including discussing with my mortgage broker and following my instruction on what do to based on this discussion (as the house needed to be appraised for the mortgage financing and I was going to be away when the appraisal was getting completed). Next, there were some issues with the sellers as they provided incorrect financials, so the closing was delayed while this was sorted. Marc was able to help work with the lawyers, and the sellers to negotiate a new deal which I was happy with, saving me a lot of money. Without Marc, this deal would have fallen through and further work with the lawyers would have been required to get the deposit I already paid back. I'm so thankful to have had Marc on my team as without him, months of hard work would have gone to waste (and more work would have had to be done to get the deposit back).
